Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang Province, is the provincial center in Economy, Culture, Science and Education.  It is one of the most important central cities in the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta. It is a famous city in history and culture and also an important national tourist city with the beautiful scenery. The total economy ranks fourth in provincial capitals and fifth in sub-provincial cities. In 2016, Hangzhou receives a total of 140million domestic and overseas visitors, with tourism revenue amounts to 257.2billion Yuan. Hangzhou receives overseas visitors 3.63 million, and foreign exchange earnings amounts to 3.149 billion US Dollars. The added value of tourist leisure industry registers 80.89billion Yuan, and with its share of GDP at 7.3%. The added value of leisure industry accounts for 12%of that of service sector. Hangzhou has won the title of “China’s Best Tourism City”, “Top 10 Cities with the Most International Influence”, “Top 100 Global Conference Destinations”, “National Tourism and Leisure Demonstration City”, and “15 Cities with Best Tourism Practices in the World”. Hangzhou has won the title of “China’s happiest city” for 13 consecutive years.
