(BSHR）, the principal investor, builder, and operator of the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway and its line stations, was established in Beijing on December 27, 2007，funded by 12 shareholders. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 16, 2020，with a stock code of SH.601816. It has raised funds to control Beijing Fuzhou Passenger Railway Anhui Limited Liability Company.
