Shaanxi Tourism Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned investment and operating agency authorized by Shaanxi Provincial Government. It was established in December 1998. As the pioneer and practitioner for leading the innovation and development in the cultural tourism industry of Shaanxi Province, the business scope of Shaanxi Tourism Group covers four major clusters including tourism service, tourism culture, tourism and cultural center and tourism real estate. It involves investment in cultural tourism industry and scenic operation management, large-scale cultural performance, modern travel services etc. It has 9 second subordinate enterprises and 58 third subordinate enterprises.

By the end of 2017, there were 8,557 employees in the system and the total assets of 18.5 billion yuan.
