WildAid is a non-profit organization with a mission to end the illegal wildlife trade in our lifetimes. While most wildlife conservation groups focus on protecting animals from poaching, WildAid primarily works to reduce global consumption of wildlife products such as elephant ivory, rhino horn and shark fin soup. With an unrivaled portfolio of celebrity ambassadors and global network of media partners, WildAid delivers a simple and effective message: When the Buying Stops, the Killing Can Too.

Founded in 2000, WildAid now operates in over a dozen countries including the US, Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Ecuador, and more. WildAid has been working in China since 2005, and has since officially registered under the Interntional NGO Law in 2017 with its supervisory unit at the National Forestry and Grasslands Administration.
