In 2023, marking the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Spain. Orchestrated under the vibrant umbrella of the China-Spain Culture and Tourism Year, the event is co-organized by the WTA and TURESPAÑA and is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Kingdom of Spain.

WTA · Signature Events consist of the 'Dialogue' Series, Member's Day and Other Activities, and it is committed to driving global tourism exchanges and cooperation. 'Dialogue' Series: With the Xianghu Dialogue as WTA's main signature event, the Dialogue series address hot travel topics and trends. It is aimed at connecting the world and China through cooperation with various globally recognized organizations of authority and expertise. WTA Members' Day: A small thematic gathering, WTA Member's Day provides regular meaningful engagement and networking opportunities for WTA members and non-members.
